Account can be added to database only manual.
Patch authlib files in client and server by URL of master, for install.

But when I enter minecraft server

Is it a SSL problem??
(my authlib had already change URL)

Are you sure that URLs are correct? They should be like

If so, than yes, it is SSL problem probably.
Ensure that your certificate is trusted by jvm.
